Paige Hargrove has approximately 30 years of experience including leading national sales organization and global commercial / training initiatives for innovative healthcare companies.  She has expertise in accelerating revenue growth specializing in US and global medical device to digital health commercialization. Paige has held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Intuitive Surgical and Stereotaxis to name several. She is founder of a leadership consultancy focused on helping healthcare start-ups develop and implement strategies from pre-market initiatives to regulatory clearance and approval for a comprehensive commercial launch. Notable experience includes building and executing a strategic plan representing more than $35M in revenue while maximizing profit margins achieved within only 18 months. Paige has led worldwide training and clinical adoption for some of the fastest growing healthcare companies. Paige has been pursuing her passion for digital health engaging with organizations to empower their ability to transform products into revenue.
