Kevin Shrake

Kevin Shrake is a veteran healthcare CEO with over 35 years in the industry. In addition to having this Master’s Degree in Health Administration, he is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Kevin is as an accomplished author and public speaker having honed his skills as an independent contractor for the Zig Ziglar Corporation. During his career he has completed several organizational transformations that dramatically improved employee, physician and patient satisfaction levels, financial performance, as well as quality outcomes in some of the largest health systems in the country. In addition to his large acute care hospital work, he also has years of experience in association management and medical consulting where he identified and vetted best practices to bring those solutions to his professional colleagues to improve their organizations. His experience most recently includes a CEO position in the largest system of Long Term Acute Care Hospitals in the country where he rounded out his knowledge of the sub-acute care space. As we move from volume based purchasing to value based purchasing in healthcare, Kevin is honored to be able to bring the portfolio of best practices from Aspire Health Innovations to our executive colleagues and to fulfill his lifelong purpose of making a difference in as many people’s lives as possible.
