Ann Grana is a senior sales and business development executive with a proven track record of success. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, excelling in sales and training. She has consistently won promotions and sales awards. In 2004 she established her own consulting firm, filling various sales executive roles for clients in the Electronic Medical Records, Health Care Information Technology , data migrations, Artificial Intelligence (AI ) and Machine Learning (ML) based technology and cloud computing industries.

In her work with Keystone Technologies, serving as Vice President of Business Development, she successfully introduced and sold AI-based technology for fall risk and prevention. In this role she closed a large medical group, several large senior living communities, and two large hospital based health systems. Ann has established and maintained numerous channel partner relationships to build new business. Examples of these are Oracle/Cerner, Ellkay, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Pure Storage, and Microsoft.

She has organized numerous highly successful educational events. She coordinated and co-established the popular League of Health Care Experts group. In combination with other groups, Ann spearheaded the first “Innovations in Health Care” Event, held at World Wide Technology in 2019 to an audience of 200 C-suite participants, including Chief Medical Information Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers and Chief Financial Officers. In 2021, a program she organized highlighting specialized training for medical personnel to combat human trafficking won high acclaim in the national Health Finance Management Association (HFMA) publication. Ann successfully recruited 550 physicians to participate in a federal program for the Missouri Health IT Assistance Center and the Office of the National Coordinator, (ONC). Ann was hired by Primaris to help establish and successfully recruit enough physicians and lives in MO to establish the Aledade Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

Ann currently serves on the boards of the American College of HealthCare Executives, (ACHE), Hospital Finance Management Association (HFMA), and has served in leadership roles with Medical Group Management Association (MGMA,) Healthcare Information and Management Systems(HIMSS) and the Health Care Business Women’s Association (HBA); where she was a founding member and served as the first program director. She serves on the board of Cardinal Ritter Senior Services and Good Shepherd Children and Family Services. At the Missouri Hospital Association Annual Conference in November of 2022 she was named the winner of the Presidents Award from the Missouri chapter of the ACHE.
